Daily Kos: Americans strongly oppose employer beliefs restricting insurance coverage.

I am a student at a Catholic institution that requires all students to have health insurance, and if you don’t have any, they will allow you to buy some from them. It’s a really shitty insurance, but it’s at least something. However, they don’t cover for various things, such as birth control, being as it’s a Catholic school.

For some reason, I didn’t think this applied to work places as well. It just didn’t seem like that was ethical, so I never thought twice about it. I always just thought this went for my stupid school.

Oh how naive I am.
